Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with quality craftsmanship from a wide variety of well-known manufacturers and brands. Most of our products are drop-shipped from various factories and warehouses around the country without any problem. However, rarely a product will arrive damaged, or the wrong product will be shipped. Or occasionally a customer will order the wrong product by mistake.

We realize that it can be frustrating to receive a damaged or defective product, or to receive the wrong product, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to respond quickly and efficiently to your needs.

We will accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Units that have been installed or used cannot be returned. They are under factory warranty (see below). All damaged or defective returned units must be complete and in factory packaging.

  • You must contact us for a return authorization before mailing it back.
  • Undamaged returns and exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • All shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for in cases where the unit is damaged or defective upon arrival

Warranty Returns
All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacture.

Note: International (Metric) & Domestic (Feet) Units: Units purchased in the United States or Canada can not be converted from feet to meters by the factory nor by the local authorized international distributor. Metric units are only available through the authorized international distributors. Products purchased in the United States or Canada must be returned to the United States or Canada for warranty service.

Note: International Electric Power converters are the responsibility of the customer. Products sold on this website conform to U.S. power supply standards.
